These Terms of Use apply to both the Nourishin mobile application and the website (https://nourishin.com.au), and govern your access to and use of the platform’s features, content, and services.

By accessing or using the Nourishin website or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
The Nourishin platform is designed to support families through pregnancy, postpartum, illness, loss, and beyond. It includes tools to coordinate care, share updates, and access resources. Users are responsible for how they use the platform and should not rely on it as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
3.1 Expression of Interest and Approval
Submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) does not guarantee inclusion in the directory. Listings are approved at the discretion of Nourishin based on the completeness and relevance of the information provided.
We assess each application and aim to ensure that listed providers align with our values and community needs. However, Nourishin does not guarantee the qualifications, insurance coverage, or business practices of any directory member. Any engagement between users and listed businesses is undertaken independently and at the user’s discretion.
3.2 Subscription Terms
Directory listing access is provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Payment is processed via secure third-party platforms (e.g. WooCommerce). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3.3 Cancellations and Removals
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
If you cancel a monthly subscription, your access to premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Please note that if you joined with a Founding Member offer, cancellation will forfeit your access to that rate. If you choose to re-subscribe later, current standard pricing will apply.
If you cancel an annual subscription before the end of your billing cycle, your access will continue until the end of the 12-month period. We do not offer automatic pro-rata refunds for unused time. However, if there are exceptional circumstances, you may contact us to discuss your options, and refund requests will be considered at our discretion.
Nourishin reserves the right to remove or suspend access if users breach these terms or misuse the platform.
We also reserve the right to suspend or remove a listing at our discretion if the content is misleading, inappropriate, in violation of these terms, or no longer aligned with Nourishin’s mission or audience.
3.4 Profile Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your public profile is truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. You must not misrepresent your qualifications, services, or availability.
The content provided on the Nourishin website and app is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is current or error-free. We may modify content at any time without notice.
All content on the Nourishin platform, including text, images, videos, logos, and branding elements, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the property of Nourishin or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without written permission.
You agree to use the Nourishin platform in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not:
The Nourishin website and app may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of third-party providers.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using the Nourishin platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes identifying users by name/email and storing address/location data entered by users for app functionality and internal reporting purposes. Your personal information is never shared publicly without your consent.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the app or website at our discretion. While we aim to ensure platform availability, we make no guarantees regarding uptime or uninterrupted access.
The Nourishin platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your needs, operate error-free, or that content will always be accurate or applicable. Use is at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, Nourishin and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms will be handled in that jurisdiction.
The Nourishin platform provides access to recipes, meal ideas, and food-related content intended to support users during pregnancy, postpartum, illness, and recovery. We make every effort to ensure that our recipes are safe, practical, and inclusive of dietary needs. However:

The Founding Member Launch Offer provides 3 months free on the first annual subscription term or 1 month free on the first monthly subscription term, depending on the plan selected.
After the initial discounted term, subscriptions automatically renew at the standard rates published on the Nourishin website at the time of renewal, unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation:
Annual plans – If you cancel during your 12-month term, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused months.
Monthly plans – If you cancel during a monthly billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of that month’s paid period. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for partial months.
These offers are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn or updated at Nourishin’s discretion.

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
